Supreme Court and NWO

This might be a stretch, but does anyone see yesterday's Supreme Court ruling permitting states to seize property "for the public good" even if it will be used by a private party as being a construct of the NWO?

Think about it, the NWO doesn't want to take power by force, they want to do it by the will of the people (kind of like Chancellor Palpatine). But they will need all the tools in place in the form of the bastardized laws and constitution of the U.S.

I envision someone was sitting somewhere in D.C. yesterday checking another thing of their list of things to do before they unleash whatever "event" will spawn the restructuring of the U.S. government.
