need help finding a thread

well i'm looking for a thread. it talks about people being able to manipulate electricity, similar to pyrokenetics.

i remember a link to an article about a woman working in a bar. when she walks by electronical devices turn of, turn on, or blow up. she;'s also under study by an university i believe.

i'd like to get the link about this woman and what this ability is called.
i've met someone who has a mild case of this and need to convince her she aint crazy or a freak + it's interesting to read about

I think thats probably a name for it. But electric house items blowing up or getting staticy, etc. seem to be common with ppl who hold sum uncontrollable psychic abilities. (psychic isnt just reading minds)
