Should the US crackdown on hate groups that spout hate speeches?

Should the US crackdown on hate groups that spout hate speeches? What’s the difference in having an amendment of free speech if it incites people to want to harm others in the US and abroad. Should we stop and put limits on these groups or should we keep our free country as it is. How far should we go on our liberties to keeps Americans and its partner’s safe?
