Hi All, "ThatsjustWierd" posted, that on this new planet we would live to be thousands of years old. Wouldn't it be the opposite since it orbits its star in such a short time wouldn't we age super fast!?
Can someone explain how our internal clocks are affected by the time it takes a planet to circle its sun? I would think our genes are programmed to age in the time it takes to reach old age, not the amount of time it take sour planet to circle to the sun. 1 year as i see it would be our interpretation of time to fit our aging process.
Any thoughts?

Everyone turn on CNN right now if you can! Miles O'brien will be talking about this soon! Another earth-like planet not to far away from us! Ground breaking news! One of us!!!
The next solar system over has at least one earth-like planet!
its not the next system over, the closest star to earth is Alpha Centauri, which is a planetless binary system thats about 3-4 light years away. The system this planet is from is fanatiscally far away.
