need help in understanding this dream

This was a very recent dream that i had and was very strange. I've had dreams like this before but the details are different. First i start out in a place with alot of jungle and swampish land. As i walk around i notice that there are snakes literally everywhere i walk. Green ones, orange ones, ect all over the ground. I'm carefully walking around as to not get bitten by them. I also see that my cat is running around and i worry so i start to chase my cat to keep her from being bitten. There are also these weird lizard looking creatures that look like an inguana but have a feathered frill around their neck and head. One of them runs up to me to try to bite me and i grab its mouth to hold it back because for some reason i know that these are really dangerous.

I wake up after being swarmed by snakes and lizards but no bites

I don't have a clue to what that means. I've heard snakes mean spiritual transcendance. And bites mean and infusion of wisdom. I've also heard that snake mean that evil is out to get you and that being bitten means your gonna die. Multiple meanings multiple answers. Does it help that i didn't feel threatened from the snakes in the dream. and that i was more worried that my cat would be then me. any clues?

Your dream could simply mean that you have lots of problems ( the snakes all tangled together and the jungle) and that you're trying to solve them. Your cat might represent the persons you care about and that you wish to protect. The iguana like animal trying to bite could be a difficulty or something, a change in your life that you try to resist. Do you have some decisions to make, which might change something important in your life?

Well I'm not really going throught any changes. And as far as i know no one close to me needs some help of any kinds be it personal or business. There are reoccuring dreams as i stated though some of the details aren't like the chasing of the cat
