Rome prays to Mother Mary, when God said pray to him alone.

Very much so. According to some muslim resistance movements against US war crimes in their countries, the USA(Unholy Satanic Antichrist) is Satan and Bush is his incarnation. His minions are slaughtering and torturing innocents all over the world, according to AI (Anti Infernalia) and the U.N.O.(=Unitatis Nomine Originissime).

I think that Satan is already here in the form of Bush, how did he get re-elected?

I imagine Satan as mostly symbolic but occasionally manifesting in the form of human fear, greed, and lack of love & compassion.

In that respect, he certainly seems to not be going anywhere, anytime soon.
