army's new pain beam

... ur just trying to get somewhere.... and u have to pass a riot.... then theres this huge Black Eagle with a pain beam as a turret.... and some soliders on that tank that are shooting RPG's at u and laughing their a$$ off... that wouldnt be much fun now would it?

The beam will be approximately 2 feet in diameter, I don't know if it can be adjusted to be made smaller or larger, and so far the smallest platform they can put it on it s HUMVEE or any sort of vehicle.

this beam is pretty sweet! its going to be used for long range and it penetrates the skin less than 0.016 inches not far enough to damage organs Long-term exposure to light such as in sun-tanning is more harmful than the pain beam
some human rights activists have voiced concerns about possible damage to eyes but military officials contend that targeted people would likely close their eyes before damage is done but if they dont close their eyes then they will probly be blind (not sure about that though)
