Unkown Events

I'd forgot abou this until now, but I just remembered something that happened last week that I still can't explain. It was about 3 am, and I had my bedroom window open. I heard a low flying plane fly over.........and I was thinking how crazy it would be if the plane crashed and I heard it. Well, the plane didn't crash, but as soon as the plane had passed, I heard two loud sounds, that sounded like gunshots.....but I'm not sure what they actually were. The next thing I heard was an ambulence siren........then another bang. A few minutes later I heard another ambulance, and I heard another siren (I think it was a police siren, but the ambulence was louder so I couldn't tell.
Then, a few minutes later, about 10 Large vans parked in my street and the street opposite, just parked with their engines revving, for about an hour.

And that was all. But I have asked LOADS of local people if they heard it or if they knew anything about what had happened, no one has a clue! Nobody else heard it, only my girlfriend, so I've got no way of finding out what it was........but it sounds conspicuous to me

sounds odd!! pitty you didnt get a look at was flying past,,,,did you get a look at the vans parked out side??

perhaps the feds were raiding someone. but that doesn't explain why no-one else knew about it

I saw a glimpse of a few......they wre just normal looking, dark coloured.....minibus sized. I wouldn't have seen what was flying over as it was too dark.

Maybe it was a random drive by shooting?

Thats more or less what I was thinking.....It's not common here in the UK, but it's not that rare. I hope it wasn't......
