The Philadelphia Experiment became Project Rainbow, Project Pheonix, and the Montauk Project, to name a few. One practical application of the original experiment that the Navy will acknowledge is the process called DeGaussing (sp?) that protects ships from magnetic mines.

After the experiment was over didnt some members of the crew begin to "phase" or walk through walls and such. I think this was reported in a newspaper at the time but i havent seen it.
There was a guy who blew the whistle years later but i cant remember his name ....... Carlos something.
He stated that for some reason, they could never penetrate the years 2011-2013. He also stated that the technology is so good, they could pull you out, ship you to another time period and bring you back so fast, that it would appear as no time had passed yet you could have aged several months or years because of the time you spent in the other time. He claimed that this happened to him on a number of occassions. Lastly, he shared that when they were able to see the future, past 2013, it appeared as if there was no life living on the earth.

...and it has never really been proved that he served on the Eldrige.
Charles/Carlos wrote that the Navy were experimenting with magnetic coils to disrupt attacks from torpedoes on the US Navy and make their ships 'invisible' to them.
...The Eldridge was eventually sold to the Greek Navy and now wanders Eastern seas.
