Couldnt watch the vid but it looks just lke a classic UFO, a big blob of lighty stuff that dosnt move. Oh why cant we have the oldy day UFOs od saucers and stuff?

The link to the video you posted looks very similar to a rocket or shuttle launch viewed from a distance. You can even see the contrail left by the rocket. also it appears to split in two towards the end, similar to when the shuttle jetisons it's booster rockets. Although this may be a UFO, my money would be on a rocket/ missile/ shuttle launch. The date could be false too.
