Interesting, on the biggest urban demolition blast ever in China. The demolition crews will have decades of work in the Far East to replace skyscrapers with skyscrapers.

Unfortunately when I read "Controlled Demolition" these days i put an "Inc" after it.

Controlled Demolition Inc was the company contracted to do the clean-up at Ground Zero after 9/11, and they were primarily responsible for ferreting away steel and structural parts before any adequate testing could be done.

The real role of Controlled Demolition Inc in the 9/11 cover-up has been covered at other sites better than at ATS.

But the neatly toppling effect of the Twin Towers, and other non-impacted buildings at the World Trade Centre on 9/11, is certainly a better example of how to get controlled demolition done - whether through cutting back on standards and specifications during construction, or through the most horrendous corruption and subterfuge to drive a predetermined "deconstruction" agenda.
