the button that you click on to submit the changes isn't there.
i want to change my signature to this:

It works for me?? Did you click on settings at the top of this page. Edit Profile should be there at the top, 2nd from left.

Its most likely the page not loading fully.

Just leave it for a bit and try again!

one quick note to add, before you do use your image in your sig, it may be a little too high.
The guidelines here
www.abovetopsecret.com...
say that your image shouldn't be over 50 pixels high, so you may need to reduce it down a little.
