Hidden meanings

Hello,
This is my first post so if there has been one like i am truely sorry, but i have been what songs have hidden meanings or double meanings. For instance the a perfect circle song Judith, at first glance it seems to be nothing more than an anti-christian song, but if you really pay attention you can see that it is about some one, in this case it happens to be about his mothers faith.
