Right this isn't concerning me but rather a member of my family who is recieving spam emails from people he doesn't know.

Facts:

- The emails aren't addressed to his email account, they are being sent to others but he recieves them.

- The spam emails never come from the same address twice.

- They are being sent to a email address he has with the ISP zoom
(Some of the emails are being sent to other zoom accounts but he recieves them.)

- Some are being sent to a list of email addresses (can't be removed from them but didn't sign up to anything) but some are to individual email addresses.

- He's never recieved a proper email from these spams addresses so its not simply a misdirected email there is only ever spam.

- He's got all the anti-spyware, anti-virus and firewalls protections.

- Its not a few being sent there loads of spam emails.

Any ideas on how to stop them or block them.

thanks makeitso, the filtering would work but its not coming from a small number of people, there have been hundreds (not a overestimate) of emails all from different addresses in a very short amount of time.

Why don't you just change e-mail address?

I dont think the filter is just based on email names.

The Zoom Filter is an optional filter on your incoming Zoom mail. It detects messages that could be Spam and other unwanted mail – for example, bulk mail - and automatically places them in a SpamFilter folder.
