Electrical balancing

I have an associate who says his friend is ex-MOD and an inventor. He claims to have a box about a foot square, that when moved over the body for an hour totally re-balances the body's electrical circuitry and cures cancer.
He says it costs about 100 pounds an hour to run, I assume this is to generate the power to run it.

At the moment he only uses it on family members as he fears for his safety.

Has anyone else heard of this type of treatment?

Are they the Adams Family???���???
