Ok boys and girls, I came across this FEMA link today, its 800 pages long but man its packed full of info not intended for You and I

If you do nothing else, read the executive summary, then look up your state, in annexes A and B. The maps and population numbers will tell you more than you ever want to know....

In 1987, more than HALF our population was at risk of death during a full nuclear attack....one hundred thirty million.

www.fas.org...

The Nuclear Attack Planning Base 1990 was an official estimate of the potential physical effects of a Soviet nuclear attack on the population of the United States, including detailed county-by-county assessments of damage due to blast overpressure, fire and radiation.

A copy of the approximately 800 page publication, originally marked Limited Distribution and Not for Public Release, was released in April 2005 with the following caveat: "This publication was provided by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Department of Homeland Security, for its academic and historical value only."
