I just registered for the blog blog, but some questions I have, yes...

How do you get it started? Are there "rules" that go with it? If anyone can answer these, I would appreciated it...

We're getting ready to offer blogs to any member of a predefined status. For now, registering allows you to add comments to any of the existing blogs... and soon, the new news portal.

For now, we have 20 test blogs as we work out the kinks in the software.
