When Hamilton County Ohio Sheriff's Deputies arrested Jesse Tuttle for hacking into the local council's computer system, he claimed he was working
for the F.B.I. by finding easy targets in order to assist in protecting computer systems.
Tuttle says that he agreed to help the government locate insecure systems when an agreement was made with the F.B.I. in August of 2001 to avoid
charges of hacking into a New York brokerage firm.
The F.B.I. has declined to comment on the case and the Sheriff's Department stands firm on the arrest. Tuttle also claims the child pornography
allegedly found on his machine was the result of a child porn investigation.
