Is Hate For Other People A Government Thing?

I'm asking this question because i think hating other people is caused by Governments giving us information that makes us think that we are in peril from other nations. I have traveled the world and found that the ordinary person is just like me , they only want a decent life and no war. Why do we have to kill people who are like our selfs for Politicians who want to control the world. All races on this planet need to see how Governments lead us to war for no purpose
People of the world ought to unite to get rid of the people who only see Death as the solution.
