Russian air force battles weather to keep rain from parade

"Specially equipped Russian Air Force planes battled clouds over Moscow on Monday in a bid to keep rain off a Red Square military parade attended by more than 50 world leaders.
Heavy rain fell half an hour before the parade was due to start, with Russian President Vladimir Putin sheltering under a black umbrella to greet guests, then eased off, with patches of blue sky emerging just minutes before the parade got under way.

Since dawn, 11 Ilyushin-18 and Antonov-12 planes had been seeding chemical dispersal agents into the bad weather upwind of Moscow, Air Force Colonel Alexander Drobyshevsky told state-run ITAR-TASS news agency."

Read this very closely. Russia manipulated the weather to stop the rain for this parade!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Perhaps the west is in a war using weather as its tools. This can't not be good for the rest of the planet.

He also did this for two anniversaries in Russia..For one I am getting VERY concerned about all the bad weather the USA has been having...
He should not be allowed to mess around such as this!!!

its the old silver nitrate trick. You want it to rain you spread it into the clouds and the moister gathers around the silver nitrate condencing it causing it to get heavy enough to fall as rain . Ps the indians showed us this trick and its a few hundred years old back then they dispersed it with fires called sumge pots .
It works to a degree but its only good on a local scale.
