Halo 3?

From general chit chat and talk there will be a Halo 3 for the Xbox 360.

From Rumours the team for Bungie will be doubled for the game to deal with the issues of making IT to such a high standard.

I just hope Bungie listen to the gamers as to what they want in the game, I also want to see how the Covenant civil war plays out.

Yes there is going to be a Halo 3. Its coming out almost the same time as the playstation 3, to get microsoft ahead in the game. I read it on this thread....stupid bill gates. anyway heres the thread, enjoy.

It's not stupid, it's just very competitive marketing. It's almost engenius, if a little unfair for Gates to unleash the beast on the dawn of PS3.

Anyhow so long as the storyline is ok and it's got a better ending than Halo 2 I'll be happy. Oh yeah and get rid of that smoky trail for the sniper rifle.

i think halo 3's gunna be awesome. I just think its bull crap that gates is being so competitive, he shouldnt rush halo 3. Im just worried because they took a couple years to develop halo 2 and that wasnt actually that good. If Bill is just rushing to beat out sony he could mess up on halo.

Halo2 took so long to come out because microsoft(Bungie) Had to create an entirely new physics engine for it. Also let's not forget that they have numerous other projects to work on, which delayed it also.
Halo3 will or wont take as long depending on what kind of tweaks they want to make to the current physics engine.
