Ok, this may not be as sophisticated as some of the high-brow pasta dishes that we are about to hear of...but for the simple folks out there who may read this:

Freshly cooked elbow macaroni tossed with,
one heaping tablespoon of Mircale Whip-type salad dressing,
a dollop of zesty Italian dressing,
a dash of ground black and crushed red peppers and one can of tuna in water, undrained.

Delish!!!

spaghetti, fettucini, any long skinny type noodles.

cook as normal and drain.

In a separate pan, heat some oil, add your favorite veggies ( I use peas and carrots for this) saute
add pasta, about 2-3 tablespoons mushroom soy sauce
Mrs. Dash or any other seasonings to your taste
Add some cooked chicken or any other meat of your choice.

voila...pasta ala I don't know what, but it tastes good and the kids don't complain

Try taking a pound or so of lean breakfast sausage .
Put it into a skillet with chopped onion and green peppers.
Fry it into crumbles like a Sloppy Joe.
Drain the grease.
Add a 28 ounce can of tomatoes.
Add about 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce
Add uncooked pasta. (We usually use elbow maccaroni)
Add a good melting cheese. we like a blend consisting of cheddar , mozzarella, and swiss. Sometimes we add others also.
Cook in the pan or large skillet over a medium skillet stirring so it does not burn.
When the pasta is as soft as you like it, remove from heat and eat.

I like fried sliced Italian sweet sausage, drained and added to warmed bottled alfredo sauce and served with cooked fettucine tossed with butter and parsley.

In a mortar, crush into a paste the following:

- garlic ( at least 3 cloves)

- tsp. kosher salt

- 1 can of anchovy & caper rolls, oil included

- tbs. of red pepper flake

- 1 lb of cooked pasta ( I prefer a rigate type of long pasta, spaghetti or linguine, because of the lines hold sauce)

Simply drain and toss

Sautee some bite-sized chicken pieces and some mushrooms and onions. (You can do this while doing the below step)

Heat up two cans of chicken gravy (I use Campbells) and one can of equal sized, cream of mushroom soup.
Heat to boil, then wisk out the lumps.

Combine the sauteed goodies into the sauce, and simmer.

Boil the noodles normally, then afterwords, drain of course.

Serve the goodies and sauce over the noodles...

Damn good stuff....

You can do the same exact thing for beef, just use beef gravy instead.

I have the worlds best pasta receipe. I got it when I was in Italy. It for lemon fettucine. Heres the receipe.

Bring water to a boil, then pour in the fettucine noodles. While that is cooking. In a seperate pan mix. 2 to 3 cloves of garlic, a 1 tsp of butter, the juice of two lemons , and a thing og whipping cream.
After noodles are cook drain them, then mix them with the sauce. It wonderful I promise. If you have any problems with it just u2u me.
