Hey everyone, I was searching around the area of Nevada and came accross a couple on interesting places, im sure that most of you have seen or heard about these, but here they are anyway, so that maybe someone can tell me a little bit about the ones I have marked unusual or about the other landing strips that I have spotted, I have never heard of or seen these until now. Strange site of deep digging on USAF range in so. AZ west of DM AFB.
Looks like it could just be mining, but on a USAF weapons range???

the last pic was rather interesting... looks like a quarry or volcano...

google sat maps are very cool, and I have a feeling, will be removed soon, so grab those pics while you can...

How do you change the colors on the left side of your posts, where your name and avatar goes?

Here is a really good map site from National Geograhic, it is very detailed.
Click on View and Customize in the link bar.
If you go to the drop down menu near the top, it allows you to select different styles of map.

it's got about 20 pics on it

by the way the "volcano" isn't in the restricted area

also the area west of Groom Lake is the Nellis bombing and Gunnry range.

those planes probably are from janet, considering their flight path is in that area
