Discovery Channel's Alien Planet

I didn't get this show! What's the point of a show about a fake probe traveling to a fake planet observing fake creatures? Why no humanoid creatures? It was like a b.s. Land of the Lost.

If you like a production of lonny tune characters this was the show for you. The red planet depicted something out of Mad magazine.

The National Geographic Channels 'Extraterrestrial' is up. And it looks way cool.

I thought the show was very insightful. Great Graphics too.

It was based very much on the evolution from a simple cell kind of deal. Not that this could not happen, it is a vast universe. Evolution can be to narrow of a view of how things came about, though.

This show seemed to suggest us as the most technologically advanced civilization. Not so. Now, I'm not saying we are dumb, I just don't think this civilization as a whole has the technology of some others.
