What you want to discuss how to steal bandwith from corporations? "There's no such thing as a free lunch" applies here. Who do you think pays for the phone lines, fiber-optics, the routers, the electricity to make it all work? "Tapping" into this is unauthorized and considererd theft. I wasn't aware that the thread violated the TOS through inquiry. It just seemed exceptionally ignorant so I wanted to reply


He did say "to get free legal internet," so I don't think the intent was to wittingly break any laws. Granted, stupidity is no defense.

It's not a secret. You can get free Internet access at you local library.
