Micro Fusion

Slashdot posted an article about a new find, also found on Nature's website and MSN Science, where a micro form of table-top fusion was created. It seems real. However, it doesn't mean we will be the Jetson's any time soon.

It states at the end of the article :“It’s too early to say where this might lead.” So who knows where this breakthrough could go to? power generation/propulsion, and could open up a lot of new physics.
