Agreeing with local police and putting your children at the front of a three hour queue while on holiday isn't going to protect the children from criticism. Just miss the ride and avoid the bad publicity.

We should be concerned that he asks himself "over and over again – particularly at the moment with so much online abuse directed at politicians – how I protect my family as we go into this." And yet he didn't see this coming?

Either he's stupid or this is a carefully planned insult intended to make people more angry and less focussed.

We should watch out for more of his obviously stupid 'mistakes'.

I would think that coming back right at opening the next day would have been a more viable option. Of course that would have taught the children that "ordinary" folks are more important, leading to inferiority issues.

Uh, they DO live in a two tier society. Unfortunately for them......with mass immigration, they'll soon find themselves on the bottom rung.

That was my thoughts. They aren’t just thinking they live in two tiers they are actively participating in the two tiers.

Nope. They'll live forevermore in the guilded tower of privilege and separateness, protected from the unprotected great unwashed proletariat as well as all other protected groups.

Just where have all you people been living. There has ALWAYS been a 2 tier system in the populations of the UK and the US. In the UK royals/titled/ rich people have always had the best advantages from the public school system to the university system to the "old boys" network. And even though a lot of Americans don't accept it it's the same there. From the American "royalty" ie. the very very rich family dynasties to the music stars, film stars etc.etc.
