iPhone Microphone Being Accessed by Unknown App

Greetings ATS! Anyone else experience this?

I woke up yesterday morning and shortly after I wanted to do a quick search on something so I picked up the phone and said "Hey Siri". Oddly enough it didn't activate so I tried again...and again. This bothered me because I'm not as spry as I used to be and wondered what would happen if it was an emergency. That's when I noticed the orange dot. I opened the command center and saw that the mic was being accessed by an unknown app. (The only apps that do have access are the phone, messenger and whatsapp).

I restarted the phone and it alleviated the issue. Apparently this is the cure for most things. I'm not sure if something glitched, if it was hacked or if it was a three letter agency but listening to me snore all night has got to be boring as all hell. Also, from what I understand iPhones are very difficult to hack. I also updated to the latest version of IOS as this is supposed to fix a lot of things.

The only weird thing that happened over the weekend was two random texts from the same number, one SMS and the other in Whatsapp. I also understand others had phone issues the past few days. Anyone here have any weirdness?
