US spent $151 BILLION on illegal immigration in 2023 alone: DOGE

Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy's Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) has revealed that the US government spent around $151 billion in 2023 on illegal immigration, which is 2.6 percent of the entire US government's $6.1 trillion in annual spending.

The DOGE X account posted numbers in relation to the amount spent on illegal immigration per year and said, "In 2023 alone, illegal immigration cost taxpayers $150.7 billion." DOGE added other numbers for context with adjusted inflation numbers, saying that World War 1 was $334 billion, the Apollo Space Program cost the government $257 billion, and the Manhattan Project amounted to $30 billion.

151 Billion dollars...for people who are not even supposed to be in this country. My taxes, all 8k this year, will be going not to me or my family but to people who have broken the law.

I do not care where they come from. I do not care about what they came from. I do not care about why they are here. I do not. Not until every person in my own country is taken care of.

Elderly. Children. Vets. Disabled. These 4 groups are who should get 150 Billion in Aid and assistance.

The crazy part...this is the tip of the iceberg on waste.

That's an INCREDIBLE sum of money that just went !!POOF!!

Including the illegal immigrant "instant prize giveaways", that's ~$3 Trillion over the last 23 years.

DOGE is going to be a blessing.

FYI

The Department of Government Efficiency will be staffed by people who are used to working most of the year.

THE PROBLEM will be the huge backlog of work that will accumulate for our slow, corrupted, dithering, lazy Congress.

Congress must implement the recommended cuts. For the reasons mentioned above, they are simply not capable of taking care of more than a small fraction of the cases DOGE will send them in any given year.

Yeah, we need to investigate why just 50 Congress members have a combined wealth of ~$5 billion.

Probably all stocks, but I'm not discounting fkery included in there somewhere as well.
