Arizona Supreme Court: 98,000 People with Unconfirmed Citizenship Can Vote

The Arizona Supreme Court ruled that almost 98,000 people whose citizenship papers have not been confirmed are allowed to vote in state and local races.

The ruling was handed down on Friday, according to the Associated Press (AP). The outlet noted that the decision came “after officials uncovered a database error that, for two decades, mistakenly designated the voters as having access to the full ballot.”

The report also said those individuals were already entitled to vote in federal races regardless of the court’s decision.

The database error highlighted the problem with those voters’ citizenship statuses, Fox News reported on Friday. The outlet said it affected people “who obtained their driver’s licenses before October 1996 and subsequently received duplicates before registering to vote after 2004.”

(a) It shall be unlawful for any alien to vote in any election held solely or in part for the purpose of electing a candidate for the office of President, Vice President, Presidential elector, Member of the Senate, Member of the House of Representatives, Delegate from the District of Columbia, or Resident Commissioner, unless-

The majority of Americans think America is on the wrong track the majority of the time. The recent exceptions seem to have been the Reagan Administration and the Clinton Administration, for whatever reason. And the majority of Americans will usually bet on a relatively new face to put it back on the right track instead of someone who has been around a long time and has a lot of baggage. I think that's why Obama won in 2008 against John McCain and why Trump won against Hilary in 2016, because then he was the new face. Eight years later, Trump is the old guy with the most baggage, now that the other old guy with baggage is out of the race. This is what Nikki Haley realized many months ago.

It also helps if the new face smiles and laughs a lot and is friendly instead of scowling and threatening.

Americans may or may not be crazy, but this is nothing new, IMHO.

Frederick becomes the largest municipality in Maryland to approve non-citizen voting

FREDERICK, Md. — The City of Frederick has become the largest municipality in Maryland to approve non-citizen voting in local elections.

Late Thursday night, the Board of Aldermen voted 4-1 to grant green card holders and undocumented citizens the right to vote locally. The only dissenting vote was that of Alderman Kelly Russell.

Under the new changes non-citizen voters would still have to prove that they reside in Frederick. Convicted felons would be ineligible to vote under the legislation.

Just more of the Democrats planned destruction of this country. I wanna puke when I hear a democrat say the right’s a threat to democracy. As usual they’re doing exactly what they’re blaming everyone else for. Most people are just to stupid to see it.

Pelosi explaining exactly what they’re doing, of course she’s blaming republicans for what they’ve actually mastered. We’re so screwed as a country.
