I think there was a moment that he resigned to his possible fate. Either he was gonna be eaten or he was gonna walk away no matter if he sat there still or tried to escape...so he calmly walked away hoping today was not the day.

Ha, crazy stuff. Bears are so damn adorable though despite how easily they can kill a man. Remember this domesticated one from a few years back?? I really love bears, too bad I am not a bear whisperer, I think we could be great pals too.

A few years ago, I was in one of the local woods. I had knelt down to examine something on the ground when I saw something in my peripheral vision.

Looked up to see three curious porcine farm escapees peering at me from about 50 feet away ... not sure if I or they ran off faster once eye contact was made

I have to ask, is porcine like a wild pig? And three of them might see you as lunch?

Just wondering, as we dont have wild pigs, hogs, porcine here in Ireland.
