A military target.....not civilian like Russia has been targeting inside Ukraine for over two years now.

Why is it ok for Russia to bomb Ukraine's infrastructure and not ok for Ukraine to do the same to Russia?

um, no. The same faces exist, as UKTruth mentioned. Biden was VP, now president. Pelosi was speaker, still in the house. Schumer was in the senate, still is. McConnel, same way. The old guard is the current guard. And apparently Trump's presence really disrupts the plans they all have, because they are working really really hard to keep him out.
