July 1 2024?

How long has the poster been up for?

Have they brought back a special or promotion of some kind? Maybe a change of management?

The Strawberries and Cream fried pie?

I mean, the top looks odd, and what are those red things in cups/buckets on the side?

I think it's potato cakes. Top triangle with the all seeing eye is shaped like them. Perhaps even loaded potato bites.

WINNER WINNER!
Chicken Dinner!

While Arby’s might always have the meats, a favorite side is making its triumphant return to the menu. Move over curly fries, Potato Cakes are back and everyone is celebrating.

Quick service restaurants are listening to its ardent fans more and more often. While the Potato Cakes quietly left the menu back in 2021, people were not silent about their displeasure. Even if those crinkle fries are great for dipping, others did not want to see those crispy, crunchy potato triangles disappear.

No conspiracy. Darn

Do they have an 'all-seeing eye' on them as well?

Potato cakes, just went to Arby’s a day ago for the first time in awhile and was happy that they brought them back. I couldn’t believe they took them off the menu in the first place.
