That would depend on the color of their skin. Hunter being white will probably get a complete pardon.

That one guy here in California, at least one was made to stay imprisoned like a slave by Kamala while she had the evidence that he was innocent of the crime. She knew and kept him locked up. He may have been black too. You know, a real African. Thats monstrous

So, if Kamala wins, she will pardon Hunter, since Joe said he will not. A delay in sentencing would mean Hunter won't spend any time in jail before Kamala gets in.

If Trump wins, Joe will pardon hunter before he gets replaced is my guess, probably as quickly as possible. He will not worry about going back on his word that he will not pardon Hunter...and he can use his dementia excuse to say he must have been messed up when he said he would not pardon him.

A notion nuttier than a squirrel turd, but what if Trump pardoned Hunter?
Why in the world would he do that you ask? To use it as an olive branch to the left to not go after Trumps children once he’s out of office.

I don’t think anyone is not expecting Joe to go back on his word and pardon his son. That was Joe trying to win re-election, but now that he’s out of the running that’s out of the window. If he has any heart or love for Hunter he is definitely pardoning him.
