What's the term for when someone pretends something is Racism when it isn't?

The actress is just going through the motions of rejection.
A large portion of the fan base is pissed because they broke canon, not because any one of color acted in the show. Some may also be upset about lesbian witches having force children, making Anakin nothing special, but last I looked lesbians are not a race, yet anyways.

She’s trying to stay relevant in a world where a mishap like this could put her career in jeopardy. She could blink and her next appearance may be in a B movie starring Eric Roberts.

Nothing.......they can't be wrong because everything is racist.

Ok, that makes no sense at all.

Nothing is absolute like that at all. Yet, even if you think that it is you who are swimming in it not the innocent folks who could care one bit what race anyone is or where they came from. It is about how you treat me and I treat you. Racism has always been BS talk really. It is the "you aren't like me isms" and that is normal as a horse hanging out with a mountain lion.
Hate is hate. No need to try to divide the planet over color when hate is just hate.

The show has inconsistencies that people don't like.

For example, Mae and Osha are supposed to have no parents and were just born from the force. A hundred years before Anakin Skywalker. And we were told by the Jedi Council in the earlier movies that he is the first born of the force.

So either the council forgot what happened only a hundred years earlier, or it's crappy revisionist writing.

I love Star Wars and I'm watching the show, but I did expect better writing.

It was a "tongue in cheek" comment, not to be taken seriously. A gentle jab at those who constantly blame "racism" for every ill on the planet. And, you're correct. It's an over-used term.
