The post I replied to said "if you don't eat you don't crap,if you dont crap you die."

That isn't the same as the guy in your story.

Your body certainly does care what you eat, allergies are a thing. As are intolerances.

So it isn't as simple as GIGO after all.

Sure it is. If your body doesn’t like it then it’s garbage.

Don’t eat garbage and you won’t end up garbage.

Do you crap if you don’t eat? Do you die if you don’t crap?

Just shows you didn't get the point. Eat the most nutritious foods and you still end up putting out crap. Eat too much of it and you can still be unhealthy.

That is why GIGO doesn't apply.

Pretty sure the guy in Terpene's story was still eating and not crapping. So not exactly what you keep going on about.

The most nutritious food isn’t garbage.

Did I really just have to point that out to you?

Duh, that was my point, even the most nutritious food ends up being doo-doo.

And then, since you added "the eater being garbage", I added that if you overdo it, even with the most nutritious food, you can still be in poor health.

What’s nutritious food have to do with the OP? 😂

You know, eating recycled garbage.

I’m guessing you think fluoride is added to water for the good of your oral hygiene instead of a convenient way to dispose of industrial waste.

What does the data acronym GIGO have to do with food?

ETA: Also, we have no idea of the nutritional value of the products being investigated in the OP.

You know, eating recycled garbage.

You mean like manure used to grow crops that we then eat?

I would much prefer the calories be put towards heating than nutrition. But who am I to say how we dispose of recycled rubbish 🤷🏽‍♂️

Half full? No.
Half empty?? No.
Glass the wrong size? Bingo.

The thing is that people post like they are talking about eating the actual plastic.

It is obvious that they are talking about breaking it down and turning it into something with nutritional value. Sure it won't be a steak but it also won't be a salad made from shredded milk jugs.
