A Live button for mobile in corner quick menu

This one is easy! One of my go to tabs is the Live tab to get to the posts with active discussion.

I do pop in on mobile every now and then, and although minor, I have to go into desktop mode, click the live tab up top, and the back to mobile.

It's easy because y'all already have a functioning mobile page, just need the button in the corner quick menu/homescreen.

I dunno if updates occur much anymore, but this would be groovy!

Edit: Looking at it closer I am seeing it wouldn't look great from a design standpoint, I get that.

Considering however, I would prefer a live tab to the hot tab! Since you can scroll down and manually select or see the Hot section.

I hear you. Although your proposed changes wouldn't enhance my ATS experience, I can see how it could do so for others. Unfortunately for all of us, the owners of this site are pretty much MIA, and staff doesn't have the tools to affect much of anything. It's a sorry state of affairs. We ALL wish things were different, that things were like they were in the olden days, where changes could be proposed to the Three Amigos and if they were worthy, they would be done.

Nope. We're pretty much on our own. Good thoughts, though, for what it's worth.

argentus pretty much explained ATS's current situation, so I can't add anything of value.

However, a workaround is to bookmark the live page. Add a shortcut to your phones home screen. Also, Chrome and most browsers automatically place your most visited urls as easily accessible shortcuts when you open the App. Thus avoiding having to switch between mobile and desktop modes.
