In another thread, someone posted the parody video of democracy shown below. This video ‘Honest Government Ad’ got me to thinking…(dangerous thing, to be sure).

I recognize the video for being the parody that it is, but at the same time there’s a lot of truth in it. We often hear people talk about other countries and other cultures outside of the United States which people will say are ‘always at war’ and/or are ‘less civilized’ than ‘they’ are. In the same breath we always see discussions (sometimes turned arguments) about the value of liberty and a constitutional republic. We hear words like “democracy” being used interchangeably with ‘constitutional republic’, and we see the ensuing debates about the differences between the two. But let’s step back away from some of that minutia for a moment and look at the bigger picture. And let’s use the term ‘democracy’ a little more generically (like, as compared to dictatorship or autocracy).

As a democratic form of government is progressively undermined by whatever forces seek to destroy it, what we see is a less stable, less flexible, form of government where the people have increasingly less control over that government. As the people have less and less control, the tension and anger levels within the population rise. When ultimately the only way to effect political change is through violence, we “devolve” as a society and as a culture.

Now let’s look at the parody video again. With the tongue & cheek element removed, what we see is a progressive march by countries all around the world down into less stable and more dictatorial, tyrannical and despotic forms of government. And…isn’t this what we’re seeing, right now, as we look out the window???

Doesn’t really matter where we are, whether it’s the USA, the UK, India, Russia, or so many others…the (de)-evolution is the same. Yes, the USA, what used to be the pinnacle of democracy, is going backwards, rapidly, but strangely so too does the rest of the World seem to also be following a similar trajectory. Why? It’s becoming harder and harder to point to a single country and say…”Be like them”. In fact, I question if anyone can even point to a single country and say this.

Something to think about.

Makes it kind of hard to deny the plan is a One World Government in control of every living thing on the planet.

The Georgia Guidstones were created-and destroyed-for a reason.

I don't know about "one" (likely many, but an isolated few by comparison to population sizes).

The fate of any form of government contrived by man. They are all flawed.

The electorate is compromised to elect competent and honorable representation. Far too many stupid voters.

I hadn't thought of it from that exact perspective, but I have realized for decades that other than living on a barge in international waters, there is nowhere to run. There are no other countries that are not corrupted or safe from corruption, so leaving the States to be part of a free nation someplace else isn't an option.

There is a better chance if the left and right are separated into distinct states and made virtually into different countries. Severely reduce federal control and let the states have the most control over their individual territories. It would no longer be the United States of America, just the American States.

It would appear countries are being systematically and deliberately destroyed whether from within or by external forces.

It was Marcus Tullius Cicero (106 BC - 43 BC) in the timeless "The Traitor is the Plague" who said:

“A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and carries his banner openly.

But the traitor moves amongst those within the gate freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears not a traitor; he speaks in accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their arguments, he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation, he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of the city, he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist.

A murderer is less to fear. The traitor is the plague.”

When looking into how did we get here, tales of an economic hit man is one part of it. Some of these nations had a chance with democracy, but when up against economic forces that play hard it done some damage. Now some of these tactics are returning home.

It is not just this force these days as this is how Biden turns up to his inauguration.

Will Trump drop the Area 51, JFK, 9/11 and other files as the swamp draining project goes to stage 2? If he wants to save the economy, cutting this cancer is is one option. Still open to other ideas.

When dealing with some of these dictatorships, there is only one role that can tell the king how it is and still keep there head. The court jester.

When expanding the topic of just what is going on, Justice Amy Coney Barrett was one scratching her head as a new recruit to this club.

There was more video at the time in how she got dragged into things. When accepting a nomination like that, things will never be the same.

When going through my storm area 51 nonsense. The idea of lady justice holding this world together some how was one thing worth fighting for. Without it we are another primordial petri dish.
