This is getting ridiculous...

I thought about putting this in Rants, and then decided no, FOIA documents.. .but I couldn't post there.

So here we are.

The article linked in this post, almost made my head explode.

The Biden White House and DOJ, remember, he is the president, the HEAD of the DOJ, are fighting FOIA requests from many parties. They are using a multifaceted approach, one of the main things being "Deep Fakes" and AI.

ETA: As the head of the DOJ, he has final say in what the DOJ does. Just like when Obama was president and he was VP..it has been proven they ok'd the wire taps on Trump during the 2016 campaign.

ETA: Why didn't the DOJ charge him right after he had that call with Cohen...Trump was tapped, the FBI and NSA have all his calls recorded...it was a slam dunk. Oh yeah, the DOJ looked all this evidence and declined to prosecute him on lack of evidence.

And why aren't Obama and Biden on trial? After all, they were using taxpayer money to try and get dirt on Trump to keep him from winning. They made crap up, leaked it to the media, and then used that article as suppoting evidence to get the warrant. All Trump did, was sign NDA that got violated.

To influence the outcome of an election. (I know those wanna be Xis didn't physically lie, but it has been shown they approved). Either way, Obama was the head of the DOJ at the time. He didn't stop it from happening, which is silent approval.

If he didn't know this was happening like us through the media, and he doesn't fire those in charge right then, then he is approving of their actions.

And means he is not doing his job, or is incompetent.

So who is calling the shots?

So, their line of thinking goes a bit like this:

If they release the audio from the Hur interview with Biden, some one is going to make a deep fake, to make him sound more brain dead. As if.

Anyway, they admit deep fakes can still be made, but it would be made easier if released to the public.

And besides, their second argument goes, the transcript has been released un edited except for filling in a missed word or two. And words that were said more than once are edited out. Releasing the audio would add little to the conversation.

So many thoughts hit me at once:

If afraid of deep fakes, officially release it at a live press conference yourself...you have nothing to fear.

So how many words got cut because he said them more than once?

How many words got added to finish his train of thought?

Are they putting it out about a deep fake as a DOG WHISTLE to the MSM and non thinking followers to call it a deep fake if it gets leaked? (And yeah, I said it.)

Are they DELAYING to buy time so they can make their own deep fake to release? (Oops sorry, I went there again.)

Are they trying to fire up any unstable MAGA members to do it, to set them up to make a big show of arresting them?

Was he coached by his lawyer the whole time?

Did Hur even sit with Biden for an interview?

I don't even begin to claim to know what it is.

But it seems the possibilities are endless...

ETA: After this mockery of our justice system this past week, it is time to show just how much of a criminal Biden is.

Precedent was set to go after a past president and take his 1st ammendment rights away. And not allowed to admit evidence or experts of their own.

So set a new precedent by going after a sitting one. There is enough evidence there.

And hold the trial with ALITO as the sole Judge. Pick a jury from TEXAS....Including Jeffy from Chewing the Fat with Jeff Fisher the best podcast in the world. The venue for the trial will be picked by DeSantis.

If they can drag their political opponent through that mockery of a trial, I think a real trial of Biden is only fair.

And for real, if he is too incompetent to stand trial, then he is too incompetent to be president.

And this is not a call for any violence.

You saw what they just did to Trump, think of what they can do to you with out Trump money!

This is a major problem for Biden and his handlers. Here are the realities:

1. There was more than one witness to the testimony. In order to release a heavily edited version, all the witnesses would have to lie (perjure themselves) to corroborate the edited version is real.

2. The Biden camp can NOT deny the audio version exists, or that the audio version is classified, because the text version has already been released. If they change their story now, then they acknowledge the text version is a fabrication (i.e. they lied).

3. Deep fakes / A.I. is just a ruse. The Biden camp can easily disprove any deepfake or AI version...because they have the original, BUT...they can't prove the original unless they make it public to disprove the deepfake / AI version. AND, they can't make the authentic version public because...they're hiding something on the authentic version.

Oh, and this is interesting, in addition to #1 above, more than one party already has the audio version. I'm sure they are under all manner of NDA's preventing them from releasing it to the public, but they have it. AND, if the Biden camp were to release a fake audio version, they would violate the NDA. This wouldn't permit the other parties to the NDA to release the authentic version, BUT it would allow those parties to take exception to the fraudulent version (they just couldn't release it, and/or describe the specifics of what parts were fraudulent, only that it was not an authentic copy.) This would create a FOIA firestorm.

If Biden had spewed a bunch of classified stuff during his testimony, the testimony would still be a matter of public record, but the classified info would have to be redacted. This would have to be noted in the text version of the testimony, otherwise it is not an accurate transcription of the testimony (i.e. it's a lie). Because this was NOT noted in the text version, the Biden camp has no way to claim the audio version is classified, because by doing so they would be acknowledging (once again) that the released text version is fraudulent.

As I noted previously in another thread, the Biden camp is in a real bind here. It's a catch-22 for the Biden camp, and the republicans have them dead to rights if they want to pursue it (and they'd be fools not to, particularly after the Trump verdict. There is zero incentive to do otherwise.). This is "Check and Mate"...Game, Set and Match!

There's no way out.

Thanks for adding some great points I didn't think of.

As to Biden getting out of this bind, I think he is holding on to pardon Hunter, and himself, and resign. And I don't think he even understands that Hunter is going to court. I think the acting puppet master, Obama, made this decision.

IF Hunter is convicted...and doesn't get pardoned, he will spill the beans on all of the "people" who orchestrated this whole freakshow. And that includes Obama. And I would bet that he has some very solid evidence squirreled away just in case.

And it has to be Biden who pardons Hunter, it would kill the next president's political career.

Biden has been around for a long time and is a card carrying member of the "Swamp" in good standing. You don't get to that level in the Swamp without having the goods on a whole lot of your peers. The cabal (both democrat and republican) in DC is like belonging to a street or biker gang; you don't get in until you do something really bad (like murdering someone, or worse). This way they know you will keep their secrets. This is where the Jeffery Epstein's of the world come into the game. Their job is to..."get the negatives...so to speak. People like Epstein don't just organically come into existence, they are manufactured and groomed for a purpose. They have a "job".

Hunter likely has zero connection with Epstein, but Hunter's laptop likely has a metric sh**-ton of data from daddy's consorts whom he knew he could trust because of guys like Epstein. No one would talk because everyone could threaten to have Epstein release the goods on everyone else. This likely made Biden unafraid to do all sorts of things with these filthy Swamp creatures, and THIS is the evidence that Hunter has on his laptop...because he was right in the middle of laundering all that money and deflecting the trail away from his dad.

the good news about Hunter, is now the Trump has 34 felonies for paying his lawyer, Hunter MUST be found guilty and jailed, or the appearance of favoritism would be off the charts. In order to save "democracy", Hunter must be sacrificed. Will Joe allow that? it's his only living son. Interesting times we live in.

One key point is the DOJ lied to the FISA court about the dossier while knowing at the time it was full of junk. This is 100x worse than Watergate...

So, they tried to say he is a Russian asset the first time and now they are saying he is a felon that will be overturned, but they will say felon forever. So, what do we do with NY State? It seems they are trying to influence 49 other states in a federal election. I wonder if other states will come out and ban NY in trade, commerce, and recognition.

As for the question of what to do with NY.

I have lived in this state almost my whole life. The only solution is to make NYC it's own state, they can even keep the name NYS.

Those of us upstate, not including Albany down, can create our new state. The vast majority of us are conservative.

I propose we call the new state Galt's Gulch. And live up to it.

Anyone remember Rocky Balboa? He was a movie hero for one thing in particular. When he got hit, he stood back up. When he was knocked down, he got back up. He hit back, and won. Sure it was a movie a script. But it was an inspiring story.

There are similarities between that, and the current aggression against Trump. He keeps getting back up. he doesn't just walk away and go back to his billions. He could do that in a second. If he did, all this would go away. There would be no point in spending all the time and effort into going after him. But he isn't quitting. He isn't going away. And like Rocky, he seems to want to win. I wonder if it's all EGO, or maybe there is something more to it.

Anyway you slice it, he's coming across as a winner. The plan is backfiring in a way that boggles the mind.

If The Biden Admin is worried about deepfakes, that means they themselves are using deepfakes. Possibly to make Biden look better. 😃

Hunter has zero connection that we know of.
The people in the higher eschelons of society run in small circles and a certain criminal element securely protects each other's secrets. Even if we don't have access to the data, you can be certain the connection is there. That thread is woven into all the corruption they're trying desperately to keep from being exposed.

Personally, I don't think Biden wants to resign. I believe in his mind, he is perfectly fine. That's the trick of the vicious disease of dementia. The sufferer believes they're right, and everyone around them is nuts!

Unless he has a major medical issue (or worse), the only way Joe can be removed is via the 25th Amendment, and that is very unlikely unless he gets much worse in the near term.

But, Joe has a problem. His crackhead son...

Hunter, and probably several others in the Biden family, are all going to need pardons. If Joe is running, he cannot do that without committing political suicide.

Anything can happen in a national election, but if I had to bet, it's Trump's to lose at this point. All the polling points to a far different political landscape than 2020.

The wildcard in play right now isn't the Trump verdict, it's the debate coming up on the 27th. If Biden comes off like a feeble old dotard, it's over.

You know, as much as I dislike (and that is an understatement) Biden, and as much as I hate to say it, Hunter (in and of himself) is not Biden's problem. If Hunter can be proven to have collaborated with Sr. to hide and launder money, then that is one thing, but honestly, if Hunter is found guilty of 10,000 other things, then that's not SLO-JO's problem.

I think Hunter is a spoiled degenerate who has made zero contribution to society, but his drug issues and other crimes are irrelevant to the presidency...UNLESS...those crimes can connect Joe Biden to illegal money. THEN, Hunter is relevant, but otherwise...he's just a douche-muffin like any other who needs some serious jail time.
