"You may not believe it, but in 2016 I received a personal invitation from Donald Trump to his inauguration in my email. I appreciate it."

Nope.

You may not believe it, ...

The other day you went off topic and started trashing the Jews, as you normally do, and you called me Jewish. Everyone knows I"m Catholic American. So no ... post whatever you want ... I don't believe anything you post.

Now MAN UP and admit that your nonsense about the Brits not loving their grandmothers as much as the Russians is garbage propaganda that you failed miserably at.

I understood you. No matter how unpleasant it may be for you, and for me, I will start publishing. You have one last chance to avoid this - contact via private messages. I'm waiting 3 days.

Well looks like you have 72 hours to find out.

You better hope he's not ticking.

I was going to jokingly and mockingly reply, "BUT, PUTIN!!!!" because I figured that some idiot would try to inject politics into this lovely post, but I see that some idiot actually beat me to it. I'm sorry for that. Some people just don't know how to turn off the stupid.

Lovely post. Having lived in post-Soviet Mongolia for a few years, we met some lovely Russians. In our apartment building about two floors below us was a couple, grandparent age they were, though I don't know if they actually had grandchildren there. We spoke no Russian and they spoke no English, but somehow we occasionally enjoyed one another's hospitality and generosity. I remember one new year's eve we passed by their door and were lovingly nearly dragged into their apartment for a new year's toast. The grandpa kept pouring shots of vodka and the babushka kept trying to tell him to stop.

I'm smiling now as I remember that.

I am very happy for your warm memories. In fact, Russian grandmothers give their entire personal life to their grandchildren. Neither career, nor wealth, nor success in life can shake their decisions. Russian grandmothers give their whole lives to their grandchildren. And that's great!
Thank you for your post))))

That is a foundation for a heathy society. In the west now they lock the old people away in a sterile cage and let television and the state raise the children.

I think if a certain group of people feel no compassion towards other family members, it's easy for them to think others feel the same way and project their hatred, which is why a thread like this gets posted. I see it as a way to transfer feelings of guilt and anger onto others, and then the OP gets angry when their thread is shown for what it is.
