Imagine the look on Agents' faces when an FBI Agent saw a Secret Service Agent with the same gun both knowing they have the same deadly force directives !! ❗️

Ok, plenty of left leaning people are perfectly ok with deadly force being authorized for use at the home of a former president. Understood.

What if the unfortunate happened and the former president, one of his family members, or staff were harmed or killed; Would the Biden administration have immunity over the action? Does the Administration sending in the FBI (or seal team six) to raid the home of it's top political rival that ends in a death have immunity?

A compelling dilemma for The Supreme Court indeed 😬

Prosecutor Jack Smith wants to stop Trump from talking about the FBI deadly force orders in the Mar-a-Lago raid. If that order was so "standard", why is Smith all jittery and nit-picky?????? Hmmmmm 😀

And of course it's a Friday night Holiday weekend motion filing. 🤣🤣

Because Trump is very publicly claiming that Merrick Garland's raid was an attempted assassination. That makes anyone involved in Trump's prosecution fair game for assassination right back, in the Qanon and MAGA Universe, right?

Those involved in the Joe Biden reelection campaign have been using lawfair to silence their political rivals over anything; I don't know if we can assume Jack Smith is "jittery" over this filing ... he is just continuing to make a mockery of the justice system so his boss can win an election.

No it doesn't make anyone involved in Trump's prosecution fair game for assassination right back, in the Qanon and MAGA Universe.

Smith is purposely over reacting strictly for political campaign reasons and PR. 🤓

And keep in mind the DOJ had originally redacted that from the court documents. THAT is the problem.

And, Your statement is 10,000x more dangerous than anything Trump says about anything.

That is the problem with Trump's antics; it provides an excuse for his opponents to act on their violent, bigoted and intolerant tendances.

That is not out of the realm of Possibility . No One Knows the " real " Motives behind that alleged " Raid " . If would be Foolish to Think otherwise....

Yes.

I certainly hope they gag him.

Just look at the distortions in this thread alone.

Yes it does. Don't be naive and don't gaslight us.

You've allowed yourself to be brainwashed, believing that the justice system isn't working, because of overzealous Trump haters.

And keep in mind the DOJ had originally redacted that from the court documents. THAT is the problem.

"Unsealed", not redacted. Why is that a problem?

When you first heard about the search warrant/raid, you didn't think the FBI would be armed? When you saw the highly publicized pictures of armed FBI agents wandering around MAL, it didn't occur to use they had the authority to use those weapons?

And, Your statement is 10,000x more dangerous than anything Trump says about anything.

Really? Ah, hahahaha!

Trump falsely claims Biden, FBI had plan to assassinate him during Mar-a-Lago search

GOP Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene later posted on X she "made sure" Trump knew about the false claim the "Biden DOJ and FBI were planning to assassinate" him.

She wanted to make sure the Qanon/MAGA universe knew.

Rep. Paul Gosar, R-Ariz., posted on X that President Joe Biden “ordered the hit on Trump at Mar-a-Lago,” Trump's residence in Palm Beach, Florida.

So did MTG, Gosar and every other GOPer obligatory STAND BACK AND STAND BY alert.

But you go ahead with your bad self, believing that I'm the dangerous one! LOL
