Darn shame he's not Democrat... he'd be more aware that the DACA act permits him citizenship and allows him to vote (www.ice.gov...) if he meets other requirements for the state's voter rolls.
It's the Republican congresscritters who want him and other similar citizens to be deported. www.bbc.com...
However, he probably has some misconceptions about it and wouldn't think to use DACA as a basis for remaining in the states.
