That's not true the Supreme Court decided that abortion is not something the federal government has the right to regulate and instead said that right belongs to the state.

The Roe ruling did NOT place abortion regulations in the hands of the Federal Government. The ruling kept the States and the Feds out of the decision until fetal viability, when, according to Roe, the States interest in preserving life outweighs a woman's right to privacy.

The Federal Government never had control over abortion, except for its obligation to protect the right.

It most certainly did. The federal government mandated how each state was to handle the issue if abortion. The Supreme Court decided that the state should be the one to decide as this is not under the federal governments powers. The constitution was very specific on the powers it gave the federal government.

The constitution allowed for taxes regulating interstate commerce. Allowed them to provide military and protect the border. The federal government does not have the right to decide medical procedures unless it involves traveling to a different state, And becomes interstate commerce

No, it didn't. It protected the Constitutional right against States' infringements, as it is required to do with any Constitutional right. It never set up any regulations on how abortions were to be administered, where and when.

The Federal Government never decided medical procedures for abortions. The FDA regulates all drugs and the AMA, not a federal office, dictates medical procedures, rules and ethics. And, Title X was a Congressional Act.

But allowing Abortion with that reasoning you are in fact establishing. When you state that Abortion must be legal so as not to deny Jewish women their belief you are placing the Jewish beliefs ABOVE other beliefs, therefore establishing a religious belief for the Federal Government.
