Weird dream last night

I had this strange dream last night where everyone was telling me that I was part extraterrestrial. I was being told that my spine had to be replaced with alien technology. To say the least, the thought was pretty scary. It was a rather invasive surgery that was described to me, and I had no idea what would be the result.
