One might think the Brazilian government top people were paid off with very large Bill Gates checks since instead of having Gates arrested for using a bioweapon on it's population, they want to buy his ready made vaccine. Dengue fever is increasing in Brazil because ALL mosquito-borne diseases are increasing in Brazil, including zika and chikungunya. That's because the weather in Brazil in 2023 created a lot of standing pools of surface water and warm conditions which causes the mosquito population to surge.
