Fetus viability occurs only after the 24 week period. So you are looking at around 6 months into the pregnancy at the very least and not many can survive if they are born prematurely and so early.

They've followed French process and procedure and it seems the policy is very popular in France.

Yes, its an incredibly divisive subject in the USA but no-one can deny that US legislative process was followed.

Personally I think that like most things nothing is black and white.
Of course abortion shouldn't be outlawed outright, it should be a women's choice within certain guidelines and restrictions.

But I do have one question to ask.
Does the father have a say in whether the foetus should be aborted?

In France abortion is a constitutional right and in Texas abortions are banned with the threat of jailing any physicians who may assist in an abortion or even jailing the pregnant women who may seek an abortion.

This. France will not be France in 10years. If I want to see Africans and Arab, I would just go those countries. While French citizens continue to produce less babies, France becomes less and less French.
