FLASHBACK: Following the meeting with the FBI last summer, Rep. Jamie Raskin CONFIRMS the FBI said the confidential human source for the FD-1023 was “proven to be very credible.”

1.) Biden says his Impeachment Inquiry should be stopped because one (of many) whistle-blowers was arrested. Does Biden not know this informant is innocent, unless he's proven guilty at some future point?

2.) He says Putin killed a Russian protestor, without providing acceptable evidence.

Trump bought his graduation because the man is too stupid to do it on his own.

It is so weird that of all the posters, you would have the nerve to post "informant is innocent, unless he's proven guilty" and saying "providing acceptable evidence", I mean because you create threads that have those same exact issues. LMAO

Turns out this isn't the first time Smirnov has been called out. In a 2016 case, Smirnov was used as a CI for the government. The defense hired a PI and they found that Smirnov had a reputation for being a liar. Regardless, the government continued to use him as a source.

There's now talk about taking another look at all the cases where he was used as a source.
