What is this mysterious radio signal broadcasting worldwide? Possible Dead Hand activation.

I have two informative videos regarding concerning world events.

What is most interesting in particular is this ominous beeping sound that apparently has not been heard since 1991.

Supposedly the people who are knowledgeable about this thing say it is most likely the Russian perimeter dead hand system.

The dead hand system is designed for Russia to automatically launch their nuclear arsenal upon the detection of a nuclear attack.

Crazy times!

I was locating a water line near a pumping station today and I heard a fairly constant beeping. I wondered why the pumping station was making the noise, nobody came out and we were out there for hours digging into the road.

I saw in the description it mentions a beeping?? Can you reference what time point in the videos I can hear the specific beeps? I got to get to bed soon don't want to watch an hour of video.

There have been anomalies in the beeps for years, ever since the war in Ukraine (assuming we’re talking about UVB-76).

My guess is it’s an old school communication for military or spies.

Not hearing it now at 7MHz.

From the sound of it, it could be an arc discharge, like from a cattle fence.

When ever we turn on our energiser, we hear it across just about every frequency.

I think the number stations are much more mysterious and interesting.

The German Military predicsts World War III as soon as 2025

as someone said, UVB-76 has been going for years and most think it is a dead mans switch, nothing new there.

Its not a numbers station like the UK used to run with the Lincolnshire poacher.

When I was a spook for the Navy, we had strange beeps emanating from the Straight of Gibraltar. Couldn't pinpoint the source. Lasted for the 2 years I worked that area.

the woo-woo faction in 'Conspiracy Theory' points out the Blue cosmic cloud of High Energies has entered our Solar System for a while already and has already caused all the Planets to show signs of heating up internally...

I'm sorry! We're under back to back snowstorms here in Southeast AK and I'm busy with snow removal lol.

I know that in the first video I posted, the one on top, he plays the sound fairly early in the video. I'd say within the first 5 minutes.

My guess is the real message is if one of these consistent signals changes, or stops.

Something so simple is almost impossible to actually decrypt the purpose of I’d imagine.

With other communications that has a broad range, you can record and compare to the entities actions. Eventually you can decrypt it or get an asset to help.

Even micro-adjustments to time or phase could encode data, and wouldn't be audible.
