Something got into my right eye
And it didn't want to come out
So I closed one eye

You really shouldn't go doing that, you lose all your perception of depth.

The Gregorian calender is a tool to regulate human activity - fixing market dates, tythe and taxation points etc. If that makes you happy by all means celebrate and a Happy All that to you.
