I just learned that the heart prefers free fatty acids as an energy source. I thought glucose was the primary energy source for the whole body. Neato.

Yes the bodie can use glucose.
just not a lot, thats bad.
if you are very run down you can take glucose tablets.
but they dont last long.

Incorrect.

Yes, the body CAN use Glucose because it is the preferred energy source for the vast majority of our metabolic processes. Conversion of stored fat or protein to glucose is possible through a process called gluconeogenesis. Regardless of whether you eat a balanced diet, nothing but junk, or are full on Caveman Carnivore, your body MUST have glucose to function. It doesn’t care where that glucose comes from, it’s just a shorter path from ingested or stored carbohydrate (glycogen) to glucose than it is from fat/protein to glucose.

This is why ketogenic diets work the way they do. One essentially reprograms their body to adapt to a high protein/high fat diet by cutting out carbohydrate, forcing the body to take all of that excess stored adipose and convert it to the glucose our bodies need to function.

The heart PREFERS fatty acid oxidation most of the time, which it does via several mind numbingly complex processes, but it can and does turn to the glycogen that is stored in your liver to convert to glucose faster than the conversion of fatty acids.

Hello ATS

McCullough seems to have credentials but no bite. Between him and a whole bunch of other X Dr's from big pharma , who just happened to just retire lol. Talked alot but nothing happened other then " it gave hope " . Which I believe was the job they were doing.
Just from their own statements how could they not be involved in the planning? Then to come out after and say " be careful " it seems kinda mmmm.
So if what they are saying is true why have they not been able to talk louder.?

Every source I’ve read disagrees with you. Glucose is the preferred energy source for the body in normal, fed metabolic states.

In early fasting states (from one’s last meal to roughly 18 hours), the body breaks down glycogen, which is glucose that has been stored in the liver and muscles.

After 18 hours fasting, the body transitions to ketosis, the metabolic state where the body burns fat for energy.

On what basis do you assert that it is bad for a body to use glucose?

Your description of the heart becoming exxhausted following exercise, requiring the rapidly catalysed fuel of glucose rather than the more complex & slowly catalysed fatty acids, makes good sense to me on an intuitive level. After exertion, the fuel cannot be rapidly produced by the body, as it has been burned out in the muscles during exertion. Therefore, the heart simply stalls or goes into paroxysms that are inherently unstable & dangerous for the person in question.

Super dark times, these bastards who created these drugs ought to be hung, drawn & quartered, a fitting death in light of the immense suffering they have caused to millions around the world, with the likelihood that there are multiple causes of death & suffering being due to the 'vaccines'.

Cells in the body run on ether letones (when you are using fat for fuel) or glucose.

Most people are always in glucose mode because they eat a lot of carbs and sugar.

Carnivores (like moi)are fat adapted and burn fat for fuel, which means, ketones. Yes, even the brain prefers ketones for fuel.

What little actual carbs/glucose that is truly needed by the body can be made by the body, there is ZERO need for exogenous glucose/carbs.

Good luck with your impractical, needlessly restrictive, and possibly harmful fad diet.

It's really to bad that it is tough to believe anything. I'm sure that the carnivore diet people can rime off a bunch of literature, just as I am sure that you can. Both of you probably did research and come to your obvious conclusion, as far as you can tell.
I say this because I have recently been thinking about trying carnivore but there are questions. Same on the other side though really. The other side has been run by big pharma for a while now , so they have a credibility problem now.
Then there is the supplement side ( ie big pharma) which also produced the info that I learned throughout school then when I became a nurse lol.
Then with all the push on you tube anyway ( yes I understand algorithms) you have to ask yourself, who started it? It can be traced , lately, to one doctor. Soooo.

It's not only the heart.
Edward Dowd came out with a new report.
If you click on the report (click on "new analysis") you easily can see which cancers are up alarmingly. They are screaming for an investigation.
Vials are contaminated with pieces of DNA. According to the fact checkers, this is not a problem, because vaccines always contain some pieces of DNA (including SV40). They forget to mention that those pieces of DNA are now in a lipid nanoparticle and can therefore reach the cell undamaged. No one knows what will happen in the long term. But it doesn't look good.

The problem is that when the next one gets going a whole population with a damaged immune system when pure logic gets involved this whole con has been stunningly misinterpreted. All we are seeing is the opening show of an ongoing soap opera. Only ten percent of any given population was going to get the Primary disease. But ninety percent have been jabbed with something which can guarantee
the sure thing.

You mean like how all deaths were blamed on covid, like when someone died in a motorcycle accident?
